The Challenge

Battery control, solar production, tariff windows, and site demand become brittle when they depend on static rules or a closed cloud loop. The system needs to stay legible to the operator while acting before the optimal control window closes.

The Architecture

Amprex places an edge device at the center of the control loop. Local RS485/CAN and Modbus signals are combined with production and consumption forecasts, then adaptive logic shapes battery behavior, loads, and timing. Cloud access remains a visibility layer, not the dependency for core decisions.
